Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD)
Advanced foot reflexology technique that specifically target the lymphatic system of the body. It is highly effective in addressing conditions such as swelling, lymphoedema, lipoedema, low immunity, ME, post-viral fatigue, and more. RLD primarily focuses on the feet but offers a holistic approach that benefits the entire body, providing a versatile and non-invasive treatment option for swelling in different areas of the body and postsurgical recovery.

Acupuncture
Acupuncture is a therapeutic treatment that involves the insertion of fine, sterile needles into specific points along the meridians of the body. The goal of this treatment is to enhance the flow of Qi within the meridians, thus supporting overall health and wellness while also addressing any existing ailments. It is typically recommended to undergo a minimum of 3 to 6 treatments for optimal results.

Ear Acupuncture
Ear or auricular acupuncture is a holistic therapy based on a
principle of ear being a microsystem that reflects an entire body. Very fine
needles are placed into the points around the ear that corresponds body structure
and organs. Most know is NADA protocol used for addictions, hot flushes and PTSD treatments.

Advanced Facial Reflexology
In addition to foot reflexology, facial reflexology is a beneficial treatment that can effectively address a range of health and wellness concerns. The session consists of cleansing, hot towel application, and facial reflexology techniques that combine the Dien Chan Zone, and Bergman Method. Depending on the specific needs of the client, facial gua sha or cupping may also be incorporated into the treatment.

AcuGlow Facial Fusion
Is a 2-part specialist holistic acupuncture treatment where fine needles are inserted into facial acupuncture points with aim to lift, promote blood flow and reducing the appearance of wrinkles.
It aims to lift the facial features, reduce the appearance of wrinkles, move stagnation, brighten complexion, and restore inner balance.
Facial gua sha is an initial part of this treatment, used to restore flow, promote lymph drainage, and loosen tight muscles to enhance the effect of the facial acupuncture part.

Fertility Reflexology

At SWC, we provide a comprehensive fertility package that includes fertility acupuncture, reflexology, and abdominal-sacral massage. Additionally, we offer referrals to a fertility nutritionist if necessary. Clients have the option to choose one or all three of these therapies to be included in their treatment plan. The initial appointment consists of a detailed consultation to determine the most effective course of action, and includes the first treatment. For optimal results, we recommend committing to regular weekly treatments over a period of 2-3 months.

Maternity (Pregnancy) Reflexology and Acupuncture
Pregnancy reflexology and acupuncture are highly beneficial therapies that provide support throughout the entire pregnancy, including the 1st trimester and postnatally. Michaela has a special focus on treating pregnant women and has completed advanced postgraduate training in reflexology for pregnancy, as well as specialized training in pregnancy massage. Acupuncture has also been shown to effectively help pregnant women with issues such as sickness, musculoskeletal pain, turning breach babies, and providing induction support. Both therapies can be received simultaneously during pregnancy.

Abdominal Sacral (Womb) Massage
Specialist massage treatment that focuses on the abdomen and lower back area aims to support digestion, abdominal pain, scarring and, adhesion reduction It helps to bring blood flow to reproductive organs which may aid with fertility.

I qualified in 2011 at the London School of Reflexology led by an excellent teacher and reflexologist Louise Keet, author of several reflexology books.
My acupuncture training commence in April 2020 at the esteemed College of Integrated Chine Medicine in Reading. Following the successful completion of the course I was awarded Licence in Acupuncture and BSc (Hons) in Acupuncture in June 2023.

and Association of Acupuncture Clinicians. The clinic room is licenced with RBWM for undertaking acupuncture treatments.
In 2016/2017 I volunteered at My Cancer My Choices at Bracknell Health Space where I offered reflexology to cancer patients supporting them through the treatment.
In 2019 I worked for Penny Brohn / Genesis Care as a support treatment reflexologist for people with cancer at their Windsor center. Penny Brohn is a leading cancer charity offering multidimensional support through cancer treatments.
I am fully insured with Balens.
The treatment room is designed to help you to relax and unwind, forget the stressful world outside, and focus on your own healing. It is an accessible room with an adjustable couch suitable for people with reduced mobility and it is clean and fully suitable and licensed for acupuncture treatments.

The gift voucher must be presented before the treatment. Lost, stolen, or destroyed gift vouchers can not be exchanged or refunded.
The gift vouchers or e-gift cards are non-refundable. You have a right to change your mind and cancel the transaction within 14 days as per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
